🐜 Bitmain’s two founders to step aside as Chinese cryptocurrency giant taps software coder as new CEO
According to a report from the South China Morning Post, Bitmain co-founders Jihan Wu and Micree Zhan will be stepping down as co-CEOs of the company. While there is no timeline for the changes people familiar with the matter believe product engineering director Wang Haichao will take over as CEO. According to the report, Wu and Zhan will remain co-chairs and still make the final call on big decisions at the company.
