📌 . Bitcoin pegged Ethereum token announced
A new token will be released on the Ethereum network in Jan. 2019 which will be backed one-for-one by Bitcoin. The project, which is backed by crypto firms Kyber Network and Republic Protocol will use BitGo's custody service to hold Bitcoin ($BTC) reserves to back the new Wrapped Bitcoin token.
