According to GitHub activity data, Bitcoin Cash's ($BCH) development activity is orders of magnitude less than that of Bitcoin ($BTC). Similar underperformance has been apparent in network usage as well, as BCH had a block over the weekend containing just five kilobytes of data whereas BTC's blocks were consistently two megabytes.
