Binance in talks with Facebook over Libra
Binance's exchange strategy officer Gin Chao says the exchange is in official talks with Facebook over listing Libra. Although extremely preliminary, Libra remains on a private chain without external liquidity. Listing Libra onto a public chain would open the token to the secondary market, what Chao describes as "in their best interest."
