In a Periscope AMA session, Binance CEO Changpeng "CZ" Zhao said that Binance does not believe that Ripple's $XRP is a security. CZ continued with nothing that Binance would continue to see XRP as innocent until proven "guilty" and continue is history of moderate support for the digital asset.
