TenX founder Julian Hosp, introduced a phenomenon heβs dubbed the Idea Execution Paradox. The phenomenon states a company with an unreleased product has an easier time increasing the price of its token than a company with a working product. This is because working products root investor expectations, thus a company without a product can paint a grandiose vision and make crazy promises. As such, imaginary products are prone to "irrational exuberance". This paradox is unfortunately being abused by cryptocurrency developers at the expense of naΓ―ve investors, leading to many enormous ICOs with little functioning products.
