🏗 $66 million building to be tokenized on Ethereum blockchain in record deal

Inveniam Capital Partners (ICP) plans to sell tokenized shares of an office building in downtown Miami, FL. The firm will sell shares in the building, valued at $65.5 million, to investors with more than $10 million in cryptoasset holdings at a minimum investment amount of $500,000. ICP will issue shares in the building, which will be done under private placement rules, using an Ethereum ($ETH) ERC20 token.
