😥 152,000 Electrum wallets hit from DoS attacks, hackers net $4.6 million
Bitcoin ($BTC) wallet Electrum has now experienced some 152,000 Denial of Service (DoS) attacks netting some $4.6 million for hackers, according to Malwarbytes' blog post. The largest concentration of bots performing the attacks come from in Brazil, Peru, and the Asia Pacific region with the total number of participating bots as high as 140,000, CoinTelegraph reports.
