Macrocosmos is a UK-based decentralized AI company that builds and operates subnets on the Bittensor network, spanning data collection, pretraining, inference, and fine-tuning. It was founded in April 2024 by Will Squires and Steffen Cruz, and develops IOTA (Subnet 9), Apex (Subnet 1), and Data Universe (Subnet 13), among others.
