Investing in Innovation (i3) is a pan-African initiative that supports the commercialization and impact of early and growth-stage health tech companies in Africa. The program provides grants and access to market support to 60 promising startups. i3 focuses on companies that offer data-driven distribution of health products, including medicines, medical devices, and medical waste, aiming to improve availability, accessibility, affordability, quality, and visibility of these products in African healthcare systems. The initiative prioritizes startups traditionally excluded from funding, including women-led companies and founders in Francophone Africa.
