History

Fusion is an open-source blockchain protocol built to onboard mainstream users and builders to the blockchain sector of modern finance. The Fusion protocol is developed and deployed by the Fusion Foundation with a successful mainnet launch on 30 June 2019. Fusion’s blockchain is optimized for easy on-chain application development by offering a wide variety of finance-oriented tools like quantum swap and time lock functions. The Fusion Foundation states that Fusion is “moving ever closer to a globally accessible system for the free exchange of values.”
